Our management team is second generation owners of HVAC and sheet metal Fabrication businesses with a combined mgmt. team experience of over 100 years in fabricating metal products. Our team of fabrication leaders brings unparalleled knowledge and skills to every project. This extensive expertise allows us to tackle complex challenges and deliver superior results consistently.
Our History
Royce Company was founded in 1982 by the Johnson family and Advanced Sheet Metal and HVAC Supply was founded in 2006 by the Padiotis Family. These businesses provided top-quality sheet metal fabrication services in the Carolina’s and Washington Metro Area respectively. Today, the company is operated by Peter Padiotis, Ted Padiotis, and Len Johnson, who serve as President and Vice Presidents, respectively. Peter, who grew up in the HVAC trade, has extensive experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of duct systems. Ted, who has a degree from American University, gained on-the-job experience in the HVAC and sheet metal fabrication trade while attending college. Len grew up in the HVAC and roofing Fabrication business and possesses deep industry relationships and product knowledge.
Today the company operates out 6 locations serving the Mid-Atlantic and southeast with its headquarters in Sterling, VA.
